OK, here are my notes from watching the video. It is much easier to see in hi def. First 50: nice kicking off the wall. You have nice hand entry. Wow! I counted 17 strokes. I am jealous. Part 2: Your elbows drop a little--not right at the beginning of your pull but part way through. Part 3: your arms are wide--I think you would get more power if you pulled more under your body. Hips are a little low. Also, make sure that you are kicking from your hips and not from you knees. (The hips are where the power comes from.) Part 4: on the way down it looked like you were kicking too hard--almost like the kick is driving your stroke. It didn't look that way on the way back though, so maybe that is more typical. You have nice body rotation. I think you could add in even more if you though about "driving" your hands into the water. That same idea (the driving) could help lift your hips up a bit, too.
I can see why Jen says that you need to attack the water. You have a nice, relaxed stroke that is efficient (nice stroke count). If you could kick up the speed and intensity, vroom vrooom vrooooom!

This was very nice videotaping so that the viewer could see from so many angles. The peanut gallery (Lelia) especially enjoyed your suit.

I hope this is helpful to you--and I really hope that this feedback is similar to what you are getting from other (more professional!) sources.

Danielle is so awesome, look at her help with the swimming, I totally need to send her an underwater video... my turn... NICE job! Looks good to me :) (but don't take my word for it, my stroke looks like a 5yr old!)

Anyways, I really just wanted to wish you Happy Birthday! Hope 41 is the most awesome year ever!
